This course is designed to guide you on a step-by-step journey to a consistent, sustainable yoga practice. Each module provides you with clear, concise guidance and support to build the yoga practice that you've always wanted.
Module 1: Setting a Foundation for Your Practice
This module is designed to guide you through the process of:
- Creating space in your life for growth and sustainability in your yoga practice.
- Setting boundaries in your space to allow for focus, observation, and patience.
- Reflecting on your yoga practice through movement and journaling exercises.
Module 2: Finding Consistency on Your Mat
This module is all about your "yoga mat mindset." With my guidance you will:
- Become aware of your relationship with your yoga practice.
- Shift your mindset to work through blockages that come up on your yoga mat.
- Release expectations for your practice through movement and journaling exercises.
- Move through a mixed yoga practice of movement, writing, relaxation, and breathwork.
Module 3: Movement, Stillness, and Reflection
After creating space, setting boundaries, and shaping your mindset, we will start putting the tools to work. In this module you can expect prompts to get you reflecting on what you need in the moment, along with an entire library of resources to cater to those needs.
