Full Moon Magick: Ritual Instructions
Start by writing down the most intimate parts of you that are weighing on your heart. Make sure you include the negative thoughts, habits, patterns, limiting beliefs, and toxic relationships - write them all down. Write for at least 6 minutes.
The Full Moon gives us an opportunity to let go of energy weighing us down. Use this opportunity to fully and completely let go. Be honest with yourself: what can you afford to let go of in your life?
Next, rip out your journal entry and burt it slowly + safely into your fire-safe bowl.
Sit for a moment and absorb the feeling of release. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths.
As it burns, let any negativity + tension melt away from your heart. Let Mother Earth take this burden from you.
